Tuesday - Rep Session

Hills, steps, speed work; who knows what is waiting for you on the Tuesday rep session.

Interval sessions are vital for improving your running fitness and we run these sessions every Tuesday. They can be as tough as you make it, but we will ensure they are enjoyable and you will definitely feel like you have worked hard at the end of the session.

Thursday - Social Run

This is usually an out and back route to allow everyone to run at their own pace.

The Thursday session is a social run, which is usually around 60 minutes in duration. Members run at their own pace and we ensure that no-one gets left behind.

 

All our sessions are led by one of our qualified coaches.

No one gets left behind.

We aim for all sessions to be enjoyable and fun.
